You can cancel orders with “Open” status directly from your account. If you want to change your order, you need to cancel it first and place a new order.
To cancel your order, visit History, find the order you want to cancel, and click See more.
Click Cancel order and then Confirm if you want to proceed with the cancellation. If you don’t want to cancel, click Go back.
If your order status is “Processing,” you need to reach out to [email protected] for help. We cannot guarantee that your order can be successfully canceled, but we will do our best.
Once your order is successfully canceled, the status will say “Canceled.”
Keep an eye out for an email confirmation with your order details.
