Here’s what the order statuses mean
Open – we received your order, but it has not started processing yet. You can still cancel this order free of charge.
Processing – your order has started processing. If you need to cancel your order, reach out to [email protected]. We cannot guarantee that your order can be canceled once it starts to process.
Canceled – we successfully canceled your order.
Complete – your order is complete.
