See if your order is Open, Processing, Canceled, or Complete

You can check on the status of your orders at any time by visiting History.

Here’s what the order statuses mean

  1. Open – we received your order, but it has not started processing yet. You can still cancel this order free of charge.

  2. Processing – your order has started processing. If you need to cancel your order, reach out to [email protected]. We cannot guarantee that your order can be canceled once it starts to process.

  3. Canceled – we successfully canceled your order.

  4. Complete – your order is complete.
