Here’s how to sign up for Invest.
Go to Sign up.
Enter your email address and choose a password (make sure it’s a strong one).
Click submit.
Confirm your email
Find the confirmation email we sent to your address and click Confirm.
A few things before we jump in. We need to verify your ID to make sure it’s really you trading. This process is known as Know Your Customer (KYC). It’s legally required, and there’s no way around it. Luckily, we’ve made the process easy and painless (promise).
Here’s how to verify your ID.
First, select the state and country you’re in.
Add a photo of your ID (you can take a photo using your device or upload a photo).
A driver’s license or passport works.
Center your face and follow the prompts on the screen for the facial recognition step.
Enter your legal first name, last name, and date of birth exactly as it appears on your government ID. Your application will be rejected if your information doesn’t match your ID.
Enter the following information:
US phone number
Social security number
Current residential address (no PO box)
Review your information to make sure it’s accurate. If everything looks good, hit Submit.
If you get an error message, double-check the information you submitted and try again.
Once you complete your KYC registration, Exponential will verify your ID. If you get an error message, please contact [email protected].
Two-factor authentication (2FA) is an extra layer of security that helps keep your account safe. You can use your favorite 2FA app for your account, like Google Authenticator, Okta, etc. This is required.
Scan or enter the code into your 2FA app of choice.
Click Confirm.
Log in.
Your Exponential Wallet currently only accepts USDC sent on the Ethereum, Polygon, Arbitrum or Avalanche blockchains. You need a minimum of 100 USDC to start investing, and orders max out at 1,000,000 USDC. Exponential does not charge any fees for funding your wallet.
Go to Wallet.
Click Deposit.
Confirm that you understand you can only fund USDC through the Ethereum network.
Scan the QR code using a mobile wallet or copy your Exponential Wallet address.
Send funds from your external wallet to your Exponential Wallet.
Click Done.
Your deposit might take a few minutes to process. Keep an eye out for a confirmation email with your transaction details. Once your deposit clears, you’re all set and can start investing.
