How do I use Bank Transfers to fund my account? (EUROPE)

At the moment automated bank transfers are not available for Europe but we can assist you with manually on-ramping your EUR via SEPA Transfer. We will provide you deposit instructions via email. Please reach out to us at [email protected]

Can I also withdraw USDC back to my bank account?

Yes you can. At the moment automated bank transfers are not available but we can assist you with off-ramping from Exponential to you bank account. Simply send us an email to [email protected]

Are there any fees?

No fees! What you send is what you receive as USDC. Your bank may charge fees for initiating an ACH, Wire or SEPA transfer.

Can I receive my paycheck in this account?

Yes! Since this account is under your name, you can set it up in your banking or payroll app as a payee so you convert your paycheck to USDC.

What’s the difference between Wire and ACH transfers?

Both are ways to transfer funds from one bank account to another. Wires are faster and usually complete within the same day. Some banks may charge up to $35 for sending a wire, so it’s not recommended for small amounts. ACH transfers are cheaper (some banks charge no fees) but will take 1-3 business days to complete.

Choose the transfer type that best suits your needs. If large amount, a Wire might be a better option so your funds are less time in transit. If a small amount or paycheck, ACH transfers will work great due to their low cost.

Can I buy BTC or ETH instead of USDC?

Not at the moment. If you send USD you will receive USDC on your Exponential account. You can invest your USDC in any BTC, ETH or Altcoin pool, though. If you are interested in auto-buying from your bank account let us know on X at @ExponentialDeFi

Can other people pay me by sending funds to this account?

No. This account is for personal use only. Only you or an employer can send funds to this account. If somebody else sends funds, the transaction might be rejected and sent back.
